Matt was my trainer when I first started working out and lifting to loose weight. In addition to weights, he incorporated kettlebells into our regular workout routine. I absolutely loved the way Matt worked me out with kettlebells so much, I went and got not only 1 but 2 level certifications in it. I really think that Matt's expertise in kettlebell training really helped me achieve where I wanted by body and self esteem to currently be. Thanks Matt!
